Here one can see the cellared wines of Cave Spring slumber in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. Custom-built of cedar and reclaimed fir, this spa for wines is visible from our tour wine-tasting area.
Cave Spring
Cave Spring Wine Boutique and Tasting Bar are conveniently located next to On the Twenty and across from the Inn. In addition to a full range of our premium wines, Cave Spring also has a pleasing assortment of wine related gifts. Our tasting bar is crafted of local limestone to remind us of the foundational role of limestone in the flavour profile of our Bench-grown wines.
Chapel Exterior
The rustic board and batten~Vineyard Retreat is located at the north-eastern edge of our 133 acre vineyard.~ Views to the north are of Lake Ontario and to the south the verdant rows of vinifera grapes.

This image shows the Vineyard Retreat set for a 120 person chapel-style wedding. Seating can be configured in a u-shape facing the window across from the vineyard if preferred. The Vineyard Retreat is purposely simple in order to provide a blank canvas for your creativity.

This is a reception and dining space that is like no other! This room is in our cellars with their three foot thick original stonewalls. It has been renovated to highlight its origins while providing a spectacular space for your special event. This room comfortably accommodates 40 for a seated dinner.
